Apologies for the sporadic updates. We are probably a little too busy to be "successful bloggers". We have, however, added a link (at right) to our web albums. We will be periodically adding pictures of anything we feel is interesting. Then maybe we will just give updates here every now and then. And we will try to do it more than once per month...:)
For Labor day we were in Phoenix for a babysitting/family/barbecue weekend that was all around way too short - But we had fun nevertheless...

We had rain a lot too, but that certainly did not keep us from making the most of our time.
It was a great weekend - one of those that makes us want to be in Phoenix yesterday...
By the way this is what our cool cool hotel room looked like on the inside. As a result, Ahna was promoted to the position of official hotel room booking person for the rest of forever.It was a really fun hotel.
Friday was our last day in San Francisco and then we were off to Manteca to visit Laura and Rusty and their new baby Joseph (Joey). Oh and also their dog Nala. Sorry Nala I forgot to take pictures of you. I didn't forget to mention you though...
Joey is now about four months old and I think he already plays for the 49ers or something like that. If he doesn't he should definitely try out...
These are the moments when we think we are ready for our own...
Saturday was a surprise trip to Yosemite - highly enjoyable as Ahna would say. Now we can add another to our list of new places we've been.
It was actually pretty warm up there - around 90, and there were LOTS of people there (Saturday). But we knocked out pretty much all of the popular sights in one day. Joey was a trooper the whole time by the way...
